We are announcing a competition for the vacant position Targetologist (office work):

Main responsibilities:

• development of a general lead generation strategy for business projects;
• creation and implementation of media plans;
• planning, launch and optimization of paid campaigns in Meta (partly Google Ads): lead generation, reach, traffic, video, etc.;
• remarketing\retargeting settings; 
• monitoring, analysis and optimization of the effectiveness of campaigns with the introduction of new ideas;
• analysis of the market and competitors, formation of hypotheses, search for growth points;
• optimization of key indicators (CPL , CPM, CPC) in accordance with business goals;
• adjustment of pixels and conversions, constant monitoring of results;
• work with various projects and advertising offices;
• preparation regular reports and conducting A/B tests;
• generation of new ideas and data analysis to optimize results.

Requirements:

• higher education;
• experience in setting up, automating and managing Facebook Ads (including creating and setting up pixels);
• experience in developing and launching advertising campaigns in the commodity segment; 
• ability to configure all events through the GTM tool; 
• ability to work with all types of reports in GA4;
• knowledge of the basics of site building and site usability (preferred)
