Main duties:

• Development and setup of targeted advertising campaigns in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms);
• Definition of the target audience and setup of advertisements based on data analysis and user preferences;

• Monitoring and analyzing the results of advertising campaigns, providing reports with recommendations for improvement;
• Working with the creative team to create effective advertising materials (texts, banners, videos);
• Conducting A/B testing and implementing new strategies to improve campaign performance;
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business goals and adaptation of advertising strategies to their needs.

Requirements:

• Experience as a target analyst in a marketing agency or in digital marketing;
• Excellent knowledge and experience with advertising tools Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads;
• Ability to analyze data and create strategy based on analytics;
• Skills in working with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and others;
• Creative thinking and the ability to create attractive advertising materials;
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with clients;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to express thoughts clearly;
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and work in a dynamic environment;
• Knowledge of the English language at the level of no below Intermediate.
