As we scale our presence, we are seeking a skilled Figma Designer with eCommerce experience to join our team remotely from Ukraine. Role Overview:We are looking for a talented Figma Designer with strong eCommerce experience to create high-converting mobile and web experiences tailored to the European market. In this in-person role,option to work from our Warsaw office, collaborating closely with the product and marketing teams to design landing pages, mobile flows, and customer experiences that drive conversions from paid search campaigns.Key Responsibilities:eCommerce UI/UX Design: Develop intuitive and conversion-optimized designs for eCommerce flows, landing pages, and checkout experiences.Figma Mastery: Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with marketing to design and analyze A/B testing variants, enhancing conversion rates.Localized Design: Design experiences tailored to European user behavior and preferences.Design Systems: Build and manage design systems to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work directly with developers, product managers, and marketing teams in our Silicon Valley office.Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design with a focus on eCommerce and mobile-first experiences.Figma Expertise: Deep experience using Figma for design systems, prototypes, and interactive workflows.European Market Experience: Familiarity with designing for European users, understanding regional trends and behaviors.Conversion Optimization: Knowledge of A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and paid search conversion strategies.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce projects, landing pages, and mobile-first designs.Nice-to-Have:Experience designing for paid search landing pages or working on eCommerce funnels.Familiarity with European payment systems and GDPR compliance.Experience using tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics for UX insights.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing company expanding rapidly in Europe.Competitive compensation and opportunities for career advancement.Shape digital experiences that impact entrepreneurs and businesses worldwide.
