We are currently looking for Talent Sourcer (tech direction).
Expectations from the candidate:
- experience work in a similar position for six months or more;
- experience working with technical vacancies;
- developed sourcing skills;
- desire to learn and develop in the field of recruiting and HR;
- skills in writing texts, vacancies, other templates;
- structure, organization and responsibility.
Will be preferred:
- English language at B1 level;
- work experience in financial companies/banks.
Main tasks:
- search and selection of resumes for technical vacancies;
- conducting initial screening;
- effective interaction with recruiters;
- work with ATS system;
- market analysis as needed;
- participation in HR department projects;
- preparation of reports.
