We are currently looking for Talent Sourcer (tech direction).

Expectations from the candidate:

• experience work in a similar position for six months or more;
• experience working with technical vacancies;
• developed sourcing skills;
• desire to learn and develop in the field of recruiting and HR;
• skills in writing texts, vacancies, other templates;
• structure, organization and responsibility.

Will be preferred:

• English language at B1 level;
• work experience in financial companies/banks.

Main tasks:

• search and selection of resumes for technical vacancies;
• conducting initial screening;
• effective interaction with recruiters;
• work with ATS system;
• market analysis as needed;
• participation in HR department projects;
• preparation of reports.
