The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various roles within the company.Minimum of Qualifications:Previous experience in active candidate search as a Talent Researcher, Sourcer or similar role, or the theoretical base and desire to develop in this direction;Excellent communication skills in English, at least Upper-Intermediate level;Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to interact with candidates and the hiring team;Hands-on experience in using various sourcing techniques and recruitment channels;Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;Good problem-solving skills and effective time-management abilities; Team player, easy-going and comfortable working autonomously.Your Responsibilities:Collaborate with recruitment team and hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent;Create and send recruiting emails/messages/follow-ups;Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates;Build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms;Leverage the CRM/talent pools to engage with passive talent and convert them into candidates;Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles;Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters, facilitating a smooth interview process;Candidates feedback providing;Suggest improvements and add value to the talent acquisition process at all stages.
