You'll need to have a knack for finding potential candidates who are not just qualified but also the perfect fit for our team.Here's the rundown of what you’ll be up toChit-chatting with the Recruiting Lead about what kind of heroes we need for our open roles.Hanging out (virtually) with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.Getting your interview groove on online.Building your own Avengers-style team for current and future positions.Keeping our candidate database spick and span.Now, about you...We need someone with 8+ months of experience as a Talent Sourcer in IT. You need to be good in English—not just because of the founders (although they're pretty cool), but because we speak English here.You must also be savvy with sourcing techniques (a little Boolean search strings never hurt anyone). Plus, we're big on communication, time management, and negotiation skills. So, if you can talk, plan, and bargain like a pro, you're our person!What's in it for you?
