Our specialties include SaaS, Cybersecurity, AI, Fintech, Prop-tech, HR-tech, Martech and other tech companies.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Talent Sourcer/Recruiting Coordinator to join our efficient and productive recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at identifying top talent and managing the early stages of the recruitment process. In this role, you'll be sourcing talent 80% of the time and coordinating the interview scheduling 20% of the time.What You'll DoSource and identify potential candidates using various channels and tools Review applications and resumes of candidates to assess their fit for the roleCoordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managersAssist in developing and implementing strategies to attract relevant talentCollaborate with the internal recruitment team to meet hiring goalsManage and update the candidate database What You BringAt least 1 year of experience in sales talent sourcing in the US market, preferably in a tech startup or recruitment agencyExcellent familiarity with US tech sales roles and responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishProficiency in using ATS, recruitment automation, AI tools, and social media platforms for sourcing (Ashby, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Job platforms, Perplexity, etc.) Equipment (computer, headset) and strong internet connection for remote workAbility to work US working hoursKey Attributes for SuccessStrong attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamCreative and proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyFocus on delivering high-quality service to clients and candidatesWork ethics, honesty, and transparencyWhy Join?Employment type: full-time contractBase compensation: $800-$1,000 per month (negotiable based on location and experience)Performance-based bonuses: $1,680-$3,780 per quarter (uncapped)Estimated total compensation: $16,320 to $27,120 per yearFlexible remote work environment with work-life balanceOpportunity to be part of a Silicon Valley company transforming tech sales recruitmentCollaborative and supportive work environmentProfessional growth and career development opportunitiesInterviewing ProcessLevel 1 - 15-min video interview with the Recruiting Team Lead (General fit.
