We are recognized for our advanced engineering and construction techniques, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and augmented reality.What We Offer:Experience in a high-tech industry within an international companyEngaging positions on unique, cutting-edge data center projectsComprehensive training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive management and a dream teamOpportunity to build your careerCompetitive payments tied to USDTransparent payment systemRemote workEquipment for work (Starlink terminal, Ecoflow power station)Responsibilities:Proactively source and engage with potential candidates, including passive candidates, for key projects across Latin America, Europe, and the United States.Collaborate with management to understand the hiring needs and build sourcing strategies.Create, update, and post detailed job openings on relevant platforms and job boards.Identify potential candidates by reviewing resumes and profiles to assess their alignment with job requirements.Conduct initial phone screenings and gather basic candidate information.Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process.Draft candidate communication materials, including initial outreach, follow-up messages, and rejection emails.Evaluate sourcing channels to determine which are most effective in attracting qualified candidates.Report daily to the HR Manager on sourcing progress and task completion.Requirements:Excellent written and verbal English skills (B2 level and higher).Minimum of 2 years of experience in a talent sourcing or similar role.Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn and job boards.Strong ability to review large volumes of resumes and profiles quickly and efficiently.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).Good time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Trustworthy and reliable when handling confidential information.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Join Us!Our commitment to innovation drives us to deliver superior services to our clients using advanced tools and software.
