What you will be doing: Looking for specialists in tech and non-tech fields, from Junior to C-level level of the Ukrainian market; Use various sourcing tools and platforms to find the best talent; Form effective search strategies; Analyze the market (business, creative industries and IT sphere), trends of those who set the trends (top companies in the Unishach); Qualitatively conduct ATS for correct analytics and improvement of the Candidate Journey Map. What you need to join today: 2+ years of experience in sourcer bidding; Experience working with tech tanon — tech (digital marketing) vacancies; Ability to effectively use Boolean Search, X-Ray search in LN/ Google; Strong copywriting skills to create personalized taselling letters to candidates; Systematic and analytical thinking (you understand that sourcing is only about communication, ipro numbers and helicopter view of the vacancy); Great attention to detail and literacy; Proactivity and willingness to test different methods to attract candidates; Of course, communication skills to find a common language with top candidates and hiring managers.
