Responsibilities:

• Actively search for and attract candidates for technical and non-technical positions of various levels (from middle to  C-level).
• Use various channels to find candidates, including social media, professional platforms, job sites, and other resources (LinkedIn, Djinni, X-Ray&Boolean search, networking, aliens help, etc.)
• Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews with a recruiter
• Maintain and update the candidate database.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates.
• Сompleted courses in sourcing or recruiting.
• Experience with various tools and platforms for candidate search.
• Written English at a B1 level or higher.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Proactive and persistent person.
