What you will do:
- Actively search for candidates in professional sources: LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, trade unions, through referrals, job boards and internal bases.
- Conduct market research: analyze the market, companies, monitor the appearance of new profiles in narrow niches.
- Do intake with a recruiter: analyze the role, must / nice-to-have, priorities and deadlines.
- Keep and maintain order in the ATS (current statuses, candidate data).
- Write initial outreach and communicate with candidates (sometimes telephone prescreenings).
- Regularly engage in cold sourcing for priority vacancies and build a long-term talent pool.
What is important to us:
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing (Tech / Engineering).
- Confident use of modern candidate search tools.
- Experience working with ATS.
- Experience in writing personalized outreach messages that actually get responses.
- Willingness to work with several vacancies in parallel.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in niche domains or mass recruitment.
- English at Intermediate level or above.
