• Use of various sourcing channels: LinkedIn, job platforms, professional communities, recommendations, alternative sources

• Formation and continuous updating of the candidate pipeline

• Preparation of short profiles of candidates for transfer to the recruiter / to the hiring manager

• Cooperation with the recruiter and department heads regarding the candidate portrait and search priorities

• Maintenance and structuring of the candidate database

• Required skills:

  Experience in sourcing or manufacturing professionals

  • Understanding the technical and engineering specialties

  • Ppractical experience of active search (Boolean search, X-ray, alternative sources)

  • Ability to quickly analyze candidate profiles and assess relevance

  • Proactivity and systematic work

  • High level of independence and result orientation

  • Ability to work with confidential information

  • Competent written and oral communication
