Looking for a Talent Sourcer.
About the team:
People Team consists of Recruiter, HR Specialist, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, HR BP and Chief of People team.
What is important for this role:
- experience in active search and attraction of candidates (Talent Sourcing) in a recruiting agency or in the internal Recruitment department;
- experience in finding specialists in the field of IT product sales will be a big plus (Sales Manager, Account Manager);
- ownership of candidate search and attraction tools: LinkedIn, Robota.ua, Work.ua, Djinni, DOU, Boolean/X-ray search, social networks, etc.;
- ability to write short, clear and attractive outreach messages to candidates;
- willingness to work with a large volume of candidates and maintain a high pace of work.
Main tasks:
- search for and attract candidates for vacancies in the field of sales, and, if necessary, support the search for other roles in the company;
- form a high-quality initial pool of candidates and transfer most relevant to the recruiter;
- conduct initial qualification of candidates through correspondence (matching interest, motivation and basic role requirements);
- write short, clear and attractive proactive messages to attract candidates and maintain communication through reminders;
- update candidate information in PeopleForce and keep data up-to-date;
- collaborate with the recruiter and transfer candidates to work in a timely manner to maintain constant movement through the recruitment funnel;
- analyze the effectiveness of sources and search approaches, test new tools and channels to improve performance.
Role KPIs:
- number of relevant candidates transferred to the recruiter per week;
- percentage of responses to first messages to candidates;
- percentage of candidates, which, after being transferred to the recruiter, move to the next stage.
