In 2026, we are actively scaling both projects and dream team. Therefore, to strengthen the People department, we are looking for a Talent Researcher.

 Your future tasks:

  • using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, X-Ray search, etc.) to find potential candidates;

  • working with ATS to maintain a candidate database, automating and speeding up the hiring process;

  • first contact with candidates, conducting communication, assessing their interest in the vacancy and the ability to attract interest at the initial stage of the hiring process;

  • determining the suitability and potential of candidates based on their profiles, experience and skills in accordance with the requirements of the vacancy;

  • using active and passive search to fill the pipeline with relevant candidates;

  • creating and maintaining professional connections, active networking on forums and social networks;

  • close cooperation with the TA specialist to close vacancies according to business requirements;

  • market analysis to find additional sources of candidates and understand the advantages and disadvantages of competitors;

  • coordinating interviews with the recruiter and providing feedback to candidates;

  • using and implementing various sources and tools to improve and speed up the candidate search process.

 Your skills:

  • 2 years of experience as a Talent Researcher, Researcher or IT Sourcer;

  • deep understanding of search tools and techniques;

  • strong analytical skills: ability to find, structure and visualize data;

  • experience work with various search channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, X-Ray, social networks, specialized platforms and channels;

  • understanding how the candidate journey works and the ability to maintain the interest of candidates by conveying the value proposition of the company;

  • experience in building and managing talent maps / talent pipelines.

 Desirable, but not critical:

  • experience working with Teamtailor and HiBob.
