In this role, you will oversee sourcing operations, refine recruitment processes, and mentor a team to ensure we connect with top industry professionals to lead our courses.At ELVTR, we move fast, test new ideas, and continuously improve. If you’re looking for a role where you can own your work, make data-driven decisions, and grow, this is it.This Job Is for You If YouHave experience leading and mentoring a team while keeping sourcing operations efficient.Are highly organized and detail-oriented—you can manage multiple projects without missing a beat.Think data first—you don’t just source, you track performance, analyze trends, and optimize strategies.Are proactive and resourceful—always exploring new ways to find and engage top talent.Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipLead, mentor, and support a team of sourcers.Assign searches effectively and ensure timely completion.Run weekly team meetings to address challenges, share insights, and align priorities.Maintain internal knowledge bases and processes to support efficient sourcing.Work closely with leadership on strategy, onboarding, troubleshooting, and reporting.Sourcing & RecruitmentJoin pre-development meetings to define instructor requirements.Analyze search briefs to pinpoint key hiring criteria and potential challenges.Oversee and contribute to sourcing efforts across multiple channels.Use executive search and technical sourcing techniques to connect with top professionals.Operations & ReportingManage the end-to-end sourcing workflow, from setup to execution.Maintain searches in Asana, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Track and analyze sourcing performance metrics, including conversion rates and channel effectiveness.Provide structured reports and insights to leadership.Requirements5+ years of experience in sourcing, with a strong background in technical sourcing.
