More than 4,000 graduates have already received their first IT positions after only four months of training. We have successfully launched business in Poland and Brazil and plan to expand to other countries.

We are looking for the best Talent Placement Specialist, who will work closely with companies, build relationships with recruiters and help students get their dream job work.
This role has a direct impact on the company's bottom line

Your qualities and skills that will be valuable:

– 1-3 years of experience in sales, partnership development;
– Excellent communication skills and a talent for building long-term partnerships;
– Developed analytical thinking and a tendency to make decisions based on data;
– English at the B2+ level.

Great if you have:
- Understanding of the specifics of the IT market for beginners and mid-level candidates.

Your tasks will be as follows:

– Active search for new partner companies for employment of our students. This is a profitable partnership, because for companies it is a free service;
– Building relationships with recruiters, hiring managers for further employment of graduates;
– Increasing awareness and loyalty of companies to Mate academy;
– Increasing the number of hires;
– Opportunity to work on the international market and cooperate with international companies.
