In this role, you'll collaborate with Hiring Managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, working closely with hiring teams to define the ideal candidates and execute strategic recruitment plans to bring top talent on board.What you'll do:Own Full-Cycle Recruiting Process from A to Z, creating strategies and sealing deals with great talent globallyBe a Strategic Partner to hiring managers to understand their needs and develop unique, effective sourcing and hiring strategiesCreate Job Descriptions, Role Profiles, and Offer Packages that attract the best candidatesSource Top Talent through outbound searches, utilizing networks, online databases, employee referrals, and other resourcesProvide an Exceptional Candidate Experience, ensuring every candidate feels appreciated throughout their hiring journey with Influ2Leverage Data for Success using data-driven insights to track candidates and optimize the hiring funnelWhat you bring:Over 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up companyProven success in recruiting for the Ukrainian and US markets, including business, tech, and executive rolesExperience designing and implementing recruitment strategies for both technical and non-technical positionsProficiency in using ATS (preferably Lever) and various sourcing toolsSkills:Advanced English, both written and verbalExcellent Communication Skills: You are a great listener and negotiator.
