We are actively growing and are currently looking for a Talent Marketing Manager who will develop the brand of the agency and the brands of partner companies as part of Evgenia Kasakova's team.

Tasks and areas of influence:

• implementation of various types of turnkey events: own, partner, in collaboration with the target community;
• development of project ideas to attract leads for various purposes;
• organization of the agency's presence at targeted events;
• writing marketing texts of various formats;
• participation in marketing activities to develop the brand of the agency and the brands of partners;
• generation of ideas for marketing creatives.

Our ideal candidate:

• has more than 1 year of experience in Employer Branding, Event Project Management, Community Management, Brand Marketing and related;
• has strong project management skills;
• has strong copywriting skills and is able to write engaging texts in any format (posts, scripts, promotional materials, short articles) on various topics;
• is able to generate "working" creative ideas and hypotheses for marketing events;
• has experience shooting Reels and writing scripts for videos;
• is able to present ideas, arguing his vision;
• has strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data;
• organized, motivated, responsible, energetic and proactive;
• knows how to work in a team;
• has a desire to develop;
• is able to find an approach in communication with different stakeholders to interest them in cooperation on content creation;
• speaks English - Intermediate or above.

Will be a plus:

• work experience in an agency or startup.
