The specialist in this role will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of operational, developmental, and engagement processes for employees, as well as providing essential organizational support to both specialists and managers daily.Superpowers you have:2+ years of HR experience with a focus on resolving complex issues;Experience in organizing corporate events at the company level;Ability to create and edit content for various communication channels (emails, news, corporate digests, etc.);Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Languages spoken: Ukrainian, English (Upper-Intermediate+);Great interpersonal and customer service skills;Good organizational skills and attention to detail;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to work in a multitasking environment and quickly shift priorities.Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:Be responsible for the onboarding process of new employees;Be actively involved in creating, updating, and automatize people regulation documents;Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Talent Experience Lead, People & Business Partner, and senior management;Assist People & Business Partner in the administration of performance review processes, including setting up review cycles, communicating timelines, and collecting feedback.Assist in designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs that meet organizational needs;Closely collaborate with the Group L&D team in organizing corporate educational events for studio specialists and management; Together with People & Business Partner be responsible for development engagement activities according to the  internal communication plan;Provide support in recognition programs for employees;Provide support to direct managers and specialists in all people-related processes. Join the team of inspiring game dev professionals, and get even more:Competitive financial reward (yes, we are fair enough);Challenges to raise your XPs score (professional training and conferences, internal mentorship, English courses);Private medical care, paid vacation, and sick leave;A culture of diversity and inclusion to unite the most outstanding talents;Community of people who understand and share your passion for games.Together we will bring games to the next level.
