We are currently seeking young and talented students or graduates to train for the role of  Team Leader .

The main objectives of the Talent Development Program - Team Leader are:

Expanding of professional skills:  Gain hands-on training and assignments to enhance warehouse operations skills.

Gaining theoretical and practical knowledge: Deepen theoretical knowledge and apply it practically in real warehouse projects.

Getting to know different departments and functions: Understand various warehouse processes and organizational structure by working with professionals from different areas.

Networking: Build valuable industry relationships through mentorship and collaboration for future career opportunities.

Assessment and development:  Receive regular progress assessments and constructive feedback to enhance strengths and identify areas for improvement.

Main Tasks:

  • Support teams in incoming goods, outgoing goods, inventory control, and quality management.
  • Analyze data, map processes, develop solutions, and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams of Warehouse Operators, Specialists, and Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Ready to work fully on-site in Magnice at ul. Jana Heweliusza 3, 55-040;
  • Must have: at least B2 level of English;
  • Higher education graduates or students (logistics, supply chain, management or related);
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Creativity and willingness to think outside the box;
  • High initiative, independent work ethic, and leadership potential;
  • Readiness to work in shift system (06:00 – 16:45, 18:00 – 04:45);
  • Eligible to work in Poland without the need for visa sponsorship.

Perks:

  • 6 or 9 months civil contract with possibility to stay after positive Talent Development Program evaluation;
  • 1 PLN lunch.
