Talent Development Manager, DTEK Academy

Requirements:

< li>Participation in the design and development of management potential development programs for the DTEK company;
• Planning and organization of training program modules;
• Coordination of work on projects within the programs;
• li>Communications with teachers and program participants.

Requirements:

• Higher education (specialization will be an advantage: pedagogical, business administration, psychological, entrepreneurial);
• 2+ years of work in the direction of L&D managers;
• Experience in developing and conducting development programs for managers;
• Experience in interaction with international by business schools, teachers and trainers;
• Development and implementation of training events, webinars at the request of internal and external clients;
• Ability to collect and analyze information;
• Experience working with MS Office 365, SharePoint, Power Point;
• English at B2 level;
• Purpose and systematicity;
• Teamwork.
