To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Talent Development Manager to join our team.
on training and development needs.Participation in the development of Talent Development and People & Transformation strategies of the department.
We expect from you:
- Higher education (pedagogical, economic, philological ).
- Experience and advanced skills in the development, organization and conduct of training (fundamentals of adult education and methods of working with groups).
- L&D, TD or trainer certification preferred.
- AI experience preferred.
- Openness, responsibility, good analytical skills, interpersonal and social competences (communication),
- Good presentation skills, knowledge of teaching methods, project management.
- Knowledge programs: Office 365 (Microsoft), Zoom, Google Class,Canva, Prezi, LMS (such as Collaborator, Smart, etc.)
- English language from B2 and above.
