Talent Specialist (Talent Advisor)
In your area of responsibility will be:
Managing the talent search process for a commercial organization and JTI factory in Ukraine (full cycle selection)
Search and selection of resumes of candidates from various sources: job search sites (robota ua), social networks (LinkedIn, etc.), others
Conducting competency interviews with candidates
Supporting the testing process candidates during selection
Cooperation with direct managers at all stages of recruitment: organization of a briefing call; consultation on the results of candidate testing during selection; preparation for interviews with final candidates, etc.
Management of platforms involved in the talent search process: internal system for the administration of open positions; SAP Success Factors; the Predictive Index candidate evaluation platform; job search sites
Interaction with HR business partners in matters of selection
Support of the project to fill the external talent pool
Cooperation with external providers (recruiting companies, agencies, job search sites) for timely and effective closing of vacancies
Participation in budgeting and document flow processes related to the searchtalents and in the onboarding process (preparation of announcements about newcomers, etc.)
Participation in other projects of the department

Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have:
Higher education (preferably in fields: sociology, psychology, human resource management)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an international company (FMCG) or in a recruiting company with experience of cooperation with international clients
Good communication skills and strong interviewer skills
Understanding the recruitment process in a large company and knowledge of trends/specificities of the labor market in Ukraine
