We're seeking a proactive, communicative, and eager-to-learn individual to help us expand and grow our business.If you’re passionate about recruiting, skilled at understanding people and their abilities, and excited to grow with a startup, we invite you to apply.Here’s Our Detailed Job Description:Responsibilities:Work as a team with the other 2 recruiters in the hiring process and sourcing.Utilize LinkedIn filters/search and Sales Navigator for sourcing candidates.Write comprehensive job descriptions following the Head Recruiter's guidelines.Track and update candidate and client documents in ATS.Ensure accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.Conduct 15-20 interviews per week.Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline for current and future roles.Collaborate with internal teams to understand talent requirements.Support administrative tasks and streamline the recruiting process.Requirements:Proficient in LinkedIn filters/search and Sales Navigator.Basic knowledge and experience in recruiting with a focus on sourcing.Strong communication skills in English (C1 level).Proficiency in G-Suite.Knowledge of ATS and project management tools is a plus.Proactive, organized, and adaptable with a strong work ethic.Full-time availability (40 hours per week).Nice to Have:Airtable (or similar ATS) proficiency.Slack and Zoom for communication.Fluent in memes and GIFs.Benefits:Opportunity for growth into a Senior Recruiter role.Flexible remote work.Competitive compensation: $1,200 USD per month.$75 bonus per candidate hired, with an expectation of closing about 7 candidates each month.Quarterly BonusesWorking Hours:Full-time, aligned with 14:00 - 22:00 or 09:00-11:00 and 15:00-21:00 CET working hours.Our Recruiting Process:First Interview with our our CEO.Second Interview with Lead Recruiter and TA.Test Task.Official Offer.Only CVs in English will be accepted.
