The number of requests for our services is increasing, so we are looking for a strong Talent Acquisition Specialist (non-tech), ready to take responsibility for the process and result of hiring 10+ people every month.
Together (our team currently consists of 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists, 1 Talent Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Team Lead) we will scale EverHelp at a super-fast pace and in addition work on OKRs and initiatives to optimize hiring processes .
You will:
- Engage in full-cycle recruiting for the positions of Customer Support Specialist, Customer Support Team Lead, Quality Control Manager, etc. From time to time - look for specialists for Marketing Manager, Recruiter, SDR roles.
- Responsible for the process from start to finish, for each stage and for the final result.
- Work on team OKRs, launch own initiatives that will help optimize our recruiting process and improve our results.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads — we have a lot of cross-functional interaction.
- Conduct primary interviews using various assessment techniques.
- Use a marketing approach: publications, launching advertising campaigns (the marketing team helps us) and promoting vacancies on various platforms.
- Communicate with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process, providing timely and accurate feedback.
- Work with ATS (BreezyHR) and other recruiting tools (LinkedIn Sales, Appolo, Dripify, Notion, etc.).
About you:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting in an IT company or in a recruiting agency.
- You have experience in closing non-technical vacancies.
- You know how to conduct a full-cycle process: from the kick-off call to the accepted offer.
- You have expertise in various search channels and approaches, understand their effectiveness and specificity.
- You understand what sourcing is and have at least basic skills in it.
- You know English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
- Are you interested in market trends, ways to optimize the hiring process, have successfully implemented initiatives behind you.
- You have good analytical skills, experience in conducting at least small research.
- You have excellent communication and know how to find an approach to various stakeholders.
- You are not afraid of challenges, you keep your focus on the result, not forgetting to get high from the process, because without pleasure - nothing
