We invite you to become part of our HR team in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT). You will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting for administrative positions, influencing the formation of our team and the development of the company.

Jobs you will work on: administrative positions (customer service, lawyers, finance, marketing). Positions from Junior to Senior/TL level.

Your work tasks:

  • Planning and implementation of candidate search strategy.

  • Establishing partnerships with hiring managers.

  • Working with the ATS system (we use People Force).

  • Attracting new candidatesthrough platforms, social networks, channels and creative tools.

  • < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' experience and competencies.

  • Preparation of salary analysts (if necessary).

  • Analysis and reporting, because we rely on data.

What is needed for success:

  • Experience in a similar position from 2 years.

  • Ability to work with search tools (boolean search, x-ray, LinkedIn, social networks) and non-standard methods.

  • The ability to analyze and structure a large amount of information.

  • Interviewing skills: present vacancies, assess candidate competencies and identify risks.

  • Proactiveness, openness to new approaches and results orientation.
