There's moreResponsibilitiesYou're our perfect candidate if you:Design and implement the overall international recruiting strategy for a wide variety of roles within the industryDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job boardDo active search for candidatesIdentify main business competitors to attract exceptional talentConduct screening interviews, online and/or via telephoneConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesBuild strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensure optimal candidate experience. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers regarding candidate statusManage the offer process. Work with the hiring manager to discuss the compensation package, level, and start date to be presented to the candidate. Prepare all necessary documentation and approvals prior to presenting offers to candidatesPrepare the onboarding process of new employees with the hiring manager in order to become fully integratedMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesGather and analyze key recruitment data and useful HR metrics to improve your performancePlan and organize internal and external events to promote greater visibility to the company and facilitate new contact with potential candidatesParticipate in defining employer branding best strategies to promote Leadtech's culture internationallyPromote the company's reputation as the "best place to work"RequirementsProven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the mobile app industry and marketing for mobile applicationsExperience recruiting and hiring internationally. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, group assessment, etc)Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)Ability to organize skills assessment centersFamiliarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Hands-on experience with recruiting software, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsBS/MS in Human Resources ManagementAbility adapt to changing business prioritiesSelf-motivation and goal drivenStrong attention to details and good organization skillsExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentPassionate about finding top talentAdvanced level in English (written and spoken).
