We at Laba Group are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Czech market, remote) who will help us hire strong, motivated and "own" people in the Czech market.
This role is not about "closing jobs" but about partnering with the business, analytics, strategy and developing the recruiting function.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full cycle of recruiting for Sales Manager roles on the Czech market (brief, search, screening, interview, offer).
- Build effective candidate search and attraction strategies: direct search, local platforms, social networks, referrals.
- Conduct screenings and interviews (competency, behavioral, case studies), assess motivation, hard/soft skills and culture fit.
- Coordinate the hiring process: organization of interviews, feedback collection, joint decision-making with hiring managers.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and develop the employer brand on the local market.
- Work with analytics: track metrics, draw conclusions and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with an international recruiting team and participate in global initiatives.
- Ensure a stable flow of candidates at the pool generation stage.
We expect from you
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting (agency or in-house).
- Fluency in the Czech language (C1-C2) is a must.
- English - from the Intermediate level (for internal communication).
- Self-organization, attention to details, love to the structure.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work with metrics.
- Proactivity and willingness to improve processes.
Will be a plus
- Experience with the Czech or CEE market.
- Experience in mass or niche recruitment.
- Interest in automation, AI and experiments in recruiting.
- Experience in mentoring or participating in HR projects.
