Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Key responsibilities: Full life-cycle recruitment: interview and screen internal and external job candidates to fill existing and future job openings .Deploy effective sourcing strategies and resources such as internal and external talent pools, networking, social media, job postings, employee referrals, use of external agencies, background and reference check processes.Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and how the open role supports those objectives and align recruitment efforts to support key competencies and skills needed. Manage hiring manager process expectations.Assist managers in developing compelling offers within our compensation philosophy and position budgets.Ensure positive candidate experiences. Assist with initiatives to build a powerful employment brand to help maximize recruiting efforts. As appropriate, assist with travel / interview arrangements and scheduling.Measure overall recruiting effectiveness through effective use of existing systems and tools, metrics, reporting and key performance indicators.Support development and delivery of training, resources and tools that provide our hiring managers what they need to make optimal hiring decisions.Support the implementation of broader talent management practices such as succession planning, internal talent mobility, retention and engagement.Ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other federal and state compliance requirementsSupport effective onboarding practices.Leads and/or participates in special projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in recruiting; direct sourcing experience in the Life Science industry preferredPrior experience developing talent acquisition strategies for multiple functions and at all organization levels strongly preferredDemonstrated partnership with business leaders, hiring managers and Human ResourcesExperience in life science industries a plus.Previous experience in implementing Applicant Tracking System a plus .Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
