Talent Acquisition Specialist in AMO

Hello! I am Natalya, Head of Talent Acquisition at AMO APPS. AMO APPS is a Ukrainian product IT company that helps millions of people around the world change their lives thanks to healthy habits.

Recruiting teamAMO APPS is 8 experienced professionals who know how to find strong candidates even in difficult markets. As the business continues to scale, we need reinforcements. Therefore, I am looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus on current vacancies in the Customer Support and Design team.

Your key tasks:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — from the first contact with the candidate to preparation and delivery offer; work with Customer Support Specialist, Chat Manager, Billing Specialist, Quality Control Specialist, Motion Designer, Video Editor vacancies;
• Build effective communication with hiring managers;
• Optimize recruitment processes: analyze funnel, identify weak points, propose and implement solutions to improve work efficiency.

For great results in a new role, you will need:

• Recruiting experience from 1 year;
• Understanding the full recruitment cycle;
• Experience with different channels of candidate search;
• Experience in conducting recruitment interviews;
• Proficient written and verbal communication;
• Proactivity and initiative: the ability to go beyond standard solutions and propose new approaches to achieve goals;
• Flexibility and adaptability: the ability to quickly adapt to changes and new requirements;
• High level of independence and willingness to take responsibility for the result.
• English at a level not lower than B1.
