Our Talent Acquisition Team mainly works with the following types of vacancies:

  • customer-facing roles: sales managers and support specialists
  • creatives: copywriters, designers, art directors
  • niche jobs related to creating and managing courses
  • marketing: User Acquisition, SEO, Email, SMM

There are also challenges vacancies in IT, Finance&Legal, Senior Management.

In this position, you will be engaged in searching for talents in Ukraine, but over time there will be an opportunity to join global projects. We are planning to enter new markets, so it will be in your hands to participate in the formation of new teams from scratch. In addition, you will be able to help in the hiring process in the countries where we already work.

Your task list with us:

  • Work with the full recruiting cycle: analyze the market, create scorecards, manage the candidate experience, build partnerships with Hiring Managers to find the best talent on the market together.
  • Develop a search strategy: attract top specialists using various sources, experiment with recruitment marketing tools, analyze the results of previous searches. 
  • Evaluate interview candidates: check motivation, culture fit, soft and hard skills. Experiment with approach and format, constantly improve your skills.
  • Achieve your goals:close vacancies on time, boost conversions and make offers to cool candidates who will successfully pass the probationary period.
  • Participate in projects that interest you: creation of new policies, optimization of processes, coaching and mentoring of managers, development of the employer brand. Do you have an idea? Great, let's record and implement together!

What is important to us:

  • Experience in recruitment from 1 to 3 years. You need to get involved immediately and qualitatively.
  • English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above. We have international colleagues, as well as vacancies where you will have to wait for a speakin' professional.
  • Analytical thinking: the ability to break down everything into molecules and analyze each of them. Don't be afraid of metrics, be able to find insights in data. 
  • PRO level self-organization: jobs are launched on time and Hiring Managers do not forget to provide feedback after interviews yu.
  • Be able to create a cool candidate experience and satisfy the request of business.
  • Orientation on results and understanding that recruitment is not only about communicating with people.
