Talent Acquisition Specialist in Genesis

Our team is currently growing and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale businesses and attract the best professionals.

Your tasks:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for various levels (from Junior to C-Level).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business goals and create personalized recruiting approaches.
• Conduct interviews by adapting methods to the needs of specific positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of hiring.
• Work with ATS (Breezy HR), automate processes and analyze data.
• Research the market, analyze trends and implement new approaches in recruiting.

What is important to us:

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting from 1 year with successful closing of both technical and non-technical positions (marketing, analytics, management, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Analytical thinking for data-driven decision making and process improvement.
• Proacability to solve problems and focus on results.
• English at the Intermediate+ level or higher.
