Talent Acquisition Specialist in OUShEN MEDIA PLYuS, TOV

Ocean Media Plus is an independent sales house selling direct television advertising. We create effective and innovative solutions for our clients, accelerate the growth of brands and businesses, using a powerful tool with multi-million reach - TV advertising.

< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">We are looking for an experiencedTalent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and recruit the best talent for our media advertising, sales and project management teams. 
This role involves a strategic approach to recruitment, building an effective personnel reserve and developing the employer brand.

What will our future colleague do:

• Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment (2-3 vacancies per month);

• Build and maintain personnel resources (internal and external) for key positions;

• Use modern tools for active sourcing and attracting candidates;

• Regular analytics and reporting on key metrics: time to close vacancies, satisfaction of candidates and managers, effectiveness of search channels;

• Cooperate with hiring managers: training and consulting on conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;

• Develop the employer brand through an active presence in social networks, profile events and cooperation with professional communities;

• Constant monitoring of the labor market, analysis of compensation and trends in personnel selection;

• Participate and help in HR projects of the company.
  
  
  

Therefore, we are pleased toconsider candidates who have:< /p>

• 2+ years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or recruiter in product companies, media or marketing agencies;

• Experience closing mid-level positions in the following areas: advertising sales, media planning and strategy (TV, digital), project and account management;

• Ability to work with various search channels: LinkedIn, profile communities, referral programs; 

• Experience of working closely with hiring managers at the stages of briefing, negotiation of requirements and decision-making;

• Ability to conduct competency-based interviews and assess the culture fit of candidates;

• High communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates and colleagues;

• Analytical approach to decision-making, focus on results;

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Work experience in media or advertising companies;

• Own network in the field of media advertising;

• Experience in implementing or optimizing recruiting processes.
