To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter to join our team.  

 
The mission of your role– finding and attracting the best talents to our team so that together we can develop, create cool and innovative products.

In this role you will:

  • Attract talent in all the company's operating markets, choose the most effective search channels
  • Perform a full cycle of recruitment to close vacancies at various levels (from line to management)
  • Advise and support department heads on issues related to recruitment
  • Take an active part in other interesting HR projects - we really appreciate fresh ideas and initiative :)

This job is for you if you:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting (full cycle).
  • Experience with foreign markets will be a big plus.
  • Your level of Englishat least Upper Intermediate - this is a must be! 90% of interviews are conducted in English.
  • Effectively use various tools and candidate search channels.
  • Able to use candidate assessment methods in your practice, in particular, based on competencies.
  • Possess good communication skills and can find a common language with with different people.
  • You are willing to work in dynamic conditions.
  • You like to learn and monitor modern trends in recruiting.
