In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the full talent acquisition cycle for vacancies in the Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&I and Medical teams.
• Cooperation with managers and stakeholders, deep understanding of each role, team dynamics and success criteria.
• Development and implementation of a recruitment strategy adapted to the needs of each division to ensure speed and high quality of recruitment.
• Building and maintaining a personnel reserve to meet future hiring needs.
• Constant improvement of recruiting processes by implementing best practices, new tools and creative approaches.

We are waiting for your resume if you have:

• Experience in the full cycle of personnel selection from 2 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with hiring managers
• Analytical mindset: ability to analyze hiring metrics, identify trends and propose process improvements
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level;
