And currently, we are expanding our project team and are inviting a specialist to the position of Microsoft Cloud Solutions System Engineer to participate in external projects and support the internal IT infrastructure. Both external and internal projects will provide you with conditions for deepening your knowledge of Microsoft cloud services and professional growth. Server products: Windows Server, SQL Server, Business Central Server, etc. Programming: Python, PowerShell .Key tasks in this position:Participate in projects of implementation, debugging, upgrades of Microsoft cloud services and server software - develop and implement solutions according to the business needs of customers and the functionality of Microsoft solutions.Perform technical maintenance and support of customer infrastructure.Participate in writing project documentation and technical tasks. Maintain internal IT infrastructure, conduct IT onboarding for new employees. Study new versions of Microsoft cloud services, undergo appropriate international certification and annual assessments to confirm qualifications. Professional qualifications: From 3 years of experience in an engineering position – System Engineer, Data Engineer, System Administrator, etc. Solid knowledge of Microsoft solutions and platforms: Windows Server, Active Directory DS, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, SQL Server or cloud counterparts. Understanding of basic IP network technologies: Routing, VPN, DNS. Programming skills, development experience. The ability to process and close technical applications. Experience in writing technical documentation. Fluency in the Ukrainian language, knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level, because we work with both Ukrainian and foreign projects. Complete higher education in technical or IT fields OR certification according to the Microsoft or AWS technology stack. Soft skills: responsibility, systematicity, initiative, interest in professional development. Will be an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. Experience in IT infrastructure security. Python programming skills, JS and/or PowerShell. Microsoft or AWS certificates. Experience in automating business processes.
