Systems Engineer, Microsoft Cloud Solutions in Innoware

We are looking for a SystemsEngineerwith practical experience working with Microsoft cloud solutions and a great desire develop your expertise in this direction.

Keystack:

• Cloud services: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365.
• Server Products: Windows Server, SQL Server, etc.
• Automation: PowerShell programming.

Key Tasks

External/Client:

• Participate in implementation projects, debugging, upgrades of Microsoft cloud services and server software - develop and implement solutions according to the business needs of customers and the functionality of Microsoft solutions. The main geography of clients is Ukraine and the EU.
• Participate in meetings with clients, present and discuss options for solutions.
• Perform technical maintenance and support of client infrastructure.
• Participate in writing project documentation and technical tasks.

Internal support (in different periods takes from 30 to 50% of time):

• Support internal IT infrastructure.
• Implement technical solutions taking into account security best practice; ensure compliance with the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard.
• Carry out IT onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, including training of office equipment.

Training and certification:with us you will study new versions of Microsoft cloud services and undergo the relevant international certificationyu.

Qualification:

• From 2 years of experience in an engineering position – Systems Engineer, Data Engineer, System Administrator, etc.
• Experience with ground and hybrid Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory DS, Exchange Server, IIS, RDS, GPO, SQL Server.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure administration (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Microsoft Defender, Intune, Azure VM services, Azure VPN, Azure AD Connect, etc.).
• PowerShell programming skills.
• Understanding basic technologies information networks: DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP stack.
• Experience in IT infrastructure security.
• Experience in automating administrative tasks.
• Ability to process and close technical requests from users.
• Experience in writing technical documentation.
• English: Intermediate / B1 or higher, including conversational; fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Higher education (technical or IT).

Would be an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement:

• Experience or understanding of the basics of working with Power Automate and Azure Automation.
• Python and/or JS programming skills.
• Availability of certificates Microsoft.
