Systems analyst in Wingo

Wingo is a successful company that has been operating since 2009 and provides a full range of services for supporting import deliveries "turnkey" from door to door.

We deliver commercial cargo from more than 100 countries (China, Korea, Vietnam, etc.)

Our clients are small and medium-sized businesses, companies from Ukraine engaged in wholesale, retail trade, production, etc.

In connection with the active development of the company and ambitious plans, we are looking for a systems analyst/reporter.

Main tasks:

• Maintenance of current reports (reports of the results of KD work , logisticians, departmental motivation reports, KD Dashboard, SRM Dashboard, tariff calculators, Google tables of agents, staff). Regular updates of reports, support of reference information in accounting systems and in for reports.
• Building new one-time or regular reports for departments upon request. New reports from the data of accounting systems ERP (1c), CRM (Bitrix24)
• Analysis of data with conclusions and forecasts at the request of departments. Comparison of carrier tariffs, sales forecasts, cargo transportation trends, analysis of client base activity flows.
• Writing instructions in the corporate wiki for users of current processes and new developments in accounting systems.
• Testing of new developments functionality of accounting systems. Close work with a programmer.

The main skills we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years with confirmed results that were personally influenced;
• Systematic, analytical composition. Be able to "read" numbers, draw conclusions;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel - formulas, macros, Power BI), Google docs
• Mandatory knowledge of building BI reports (working with the M language in Power Query, DAX formulas in Power Pivot). Regular reports should be built using only connections to data stores of accounting systems and other sources.
• Basic knowledge of T-SQL, be able to add/correct part of the code in scripts. Writing at least simple queries.
• Have experience building reports, presenting readable reports and graphs;
• Effective communication and presentation skills;
• Proactive and a must team player player, the ability not only to initiate changes but also to integrate these changes into the work of the team, forming a culture of continuous improvement in the conditions of today's turbulent times;
• Understanding the market of international delivery, logistics, freight transportation - will be an advantage;
