IT company KMDA is looking for System support administrator (2nd line of support) .
KP GIOC is a communal enterprise that works in the field of IT and implements the city's target program "Electronic Capital". We create, implement and administer IT systems for providing city services online. Among our projects: mobile application "Kyiv Digital", e-ticket for public transport, online parking payment service, service for finding evacuated cars and paying fines for evacuating cars online, and many others.
Functional responsibilities:
Analysis of user appeals and further routing of the problem
Consulting users of the appeal
Organization of accesses to the system by requests
Document flow support for requests
Ensure professional communication with clients at all stages of support. Be able to correctly and briefly explain the solution to the problem to the client.
Internal communication
Communicate with other team members in case of complex problems or the need for additional help. Make suggestions to improve support or work processes.
Product Knowledge
A deep understanding of our software product, its features, capabilities and limitations. Self-updating product knowledge when new services or updates are released.
Troubleshooting
Ability to analyze and solve problems faced by users. If the problem cannot be solved directly, you need to be able to competently and clearly assign the task to the relevant team of the adjacent division for a quick solution.
Analysis and improvement
Need to be able to analyze common customer issues and questions to understand how to improve our product or documentation. Suggest improvements to provide more effective customer support and productivity.
