For more than 7 years, we have been creating a fintech product that enables businesses to accept online payments, solutions Tranzzo is used by such partners as Diya, U24, Concert UA, tickets.ua, Liki24, Foxtrot, Arsenal Strahuvaniya, MyCredit, Varus, WOG and others.

  We invite to the team those who are interested in working with the following tasks:< /strong>
• Online monitoring of traffic graphs for deviations from normal indicators.
• Monitoring and analysis of alerts.
• Switching merchants to backup channels, according to pre-agreed and configured models.
• Control of reserves by key merchants.
• Analysis of routing/correctness of routing and operation of terminals.
• Monitoring soft/hard errors and updating error display.
• Configuration of dashboards, graphs, alerts in Grafana, as well as their correction.
• Analysis of conversion rates and other metrics at the merchant's request.
• Monitoring and error tracking of new integrations and merchants.
• Conversion analytics in the context of our blacklists and anti-fraud filters for merchants.
   

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• Experience in a similar position from the 1st year.
• Ability to analyze a large amount of data.
• You like to learn new things and work with projects, and there are a lot of unknowns.
• You haveexperience with MySQL, Grafana, Kibana, GCP, Jira, PageDuty, Confluence.
• Resistance to stress, systematicity and a high orientation towards results.

The office is 10 minutes from the subway, with a spacious kitchen, lounge areas. The office always has light, heat and water, and in case of an air raid, there is a shelter.

You have 24 days of vacation. If there are unused days at the end of the year, they are carried over to the next. In case of illness, you can be treated and gain strength as much as you need: we do not require a certificate from a doctor.
