Helsi is a Ukrainian product IT company, on the market since 2016. Helsi's goal is to access health in one interface. 

The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, and medical institutions to automate the work of health care centers and carry out electronic document management. More than 9 million people are users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by about 1,500 healthcare facilities and over 38,000 doctors across Ukraine.

What is important to us:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years

• Experience in working with normative and regulatory documentation

• Practical experience in working with WEB and APP applications

• Experience in collecting, describing and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements

• Understanding the principles of API operation and building encapsulated solutions

• Knowledge UML (ERD, UCD, SMD) and BPMN notations

• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools

• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and curiosity

• Availability of implemented cases / projects that you can talk about

• Ability to work effectively in a team, make decisions and carry them responsibility

• Experience with medical information systems will be a significant advantage

What will be required to do:

• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders: identification business needs and formation of product requirements

• Collection, formalization and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements

• Designing solutions, supporting the development and implementation of new functionality

• Support and development of existing product functionality

• Participation in Scrum rituals and team ceremonies
