We are looking for System Architect/Senior CRM Developer who will help us implement innovative solutions based on CRM systems for our internal product. Functional responsibilities: Designing the architecture of the solution taking into account business needs, its scalability and speed, the possibility of integrations based on the Dynamics 365 Sales platform, and Azure components. Methodology development and the installation and upgrade architecture of a multi-component CRM + Azure solution components. Technology assessment: choosing the right technological stacks and tools for project implementation, defining development standards. Database design: designing the structure of databases, their logical and physical models, necessary for storing customer data and business processes. Defining development strategies: forming a plan development and modernization of CRM to ensure the relevance and compliance of the system with modern requirements. Design and implementation of integrations: setting up data exchange between CRM and other systems, ensuring the stability and continuity of these processes. Team management: distribution of tasks between developers, testers, conducting code reviews, ensuring compliance with best development practices. Formation of a strategy for refactoring the solution and the architecture of the existing solution, and building a plan for optimizing the architecture and using Azure components Selection and application of methods for ensuring safe interaction of solution components. Maintenance and updating of product documentation - Security Policy, Architecture decisions. Planning the work of the team in sprints, taking into account the capacity and complexity of the tasks. Participation in the plannedno releases and distribution of tasks within the boundaries of the CRM team. Involvement in the onboarding of new CRM team members as needed. Monitoring the execution of tasks on the team board, identifying problems and blockers, as well as discussing them with other leaders at meetings with PM and PO. Coordination of inter-team interaction with leaders of other areas: development, testing and technical consultants. Organization and conducting daily stand-ups, internal retros, grooming sessions and other necessary CRM team meetings. Forming task estimates and actively participating in team and cross-team meetings as needed. Involvement in architectural issues during implementation, upgrades, customer product support. What we want from you expected: 5+ years of development experience in CRM systems Deep knowledge of C#/.NET for development custom solutions and plugins in Dynamics 365. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript to configure front-end scripts and user interaction with the system. Experience with SQL and database management tools, particularly for analytics and reporting (Power BI would be a plus). Integrations and API: Experience with REST, SOAP, Web API to integrate CRM with external systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure for working with cloud solutions and integrations.Experience managing development teams, including task estimation, code reviews and team motivation.Agile/Scrum: strong command of Agile methodologies, participation in sprints and release management.Ability to work with different departments to gather requirements and the transformation of business tasks into technical solutions. English at the Intermediate level and above.
