We invite you to join our team of IT Systems Architect, who will help us with the formation of a coherent, standardized architecture of existing IT systems that supports business development and minimizes technological risks and costs.

Main tasks:

• Participation in the formation and implementation of the Group's IT strategy and the creation of a complete system architecture
• Conducting IT landscape audits, finding growth and optimization points
• Designing modern, scalable and reliable IT solutions
• Acting as a key architectural partner for business and IT teams
• Defining standards, approaches and technology directions
• Helping teams make strong technical decisions and reduce technical debt

Our expectations:

• Higher technical education
• Experience with corporate / business critical systems
• 5+ years of experience in IT (development, systems analysis, technical lead or related roles)
• 2+ years of experience in an architect role of IT systems or in making architectural decisions
• Understanding of IT systems architecture and modern architectural approaches
• Experience in designing complex systems and integrations
• Ability to combine technical solutions with business needs
• Ability to make and argue architectural decisions
• System thinking and work skills with stakeholders
