Now we are looking for a responsible person who will strengthen team, providing assistance to employees in the selection, configuration and use of IT solutions and will ensure the stable and smooth operation of all project departments.

Our team is looking for someone who:

• from 2 years of commercial experience working in similar positions in teams of 100+ people
• Experienced in researching and selecting tools for collaborative team work (our main current tools are Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and we are open to new offers)
• Has experience with integration services (for example, Zapier, make.com)
• Has experience in setting up ticketing systems or setting up support tools
• Able to quickly solve problems and make decisions
• Results-oriented and attentive to details
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Able to dive into a problem and understand why the software does not work and how to fix it
• Has experience in technical support and the ability to talk about complex things in simple words

What will you do:

• Make general settings of the workspace, look for ways to automate and integrate tools with each other. Create accounts, grant access, follow subscriptions/subscriptions
• Do technical support for support services , solve project tasks together with the head of the department
• Engage in support of services for the implementation department.Find relevant services, set up integration between them and prescribe usage policy
• Help with setting up a printer or other working equipment< /li>
• Cooperate with devops and STO
• Monitor software security, develop and update guides
