The project is of increased complexity with a large number of integrations, so a specialist with a desire for new knowledge and overcoming challenges is needed. We offer interesting and large-scale projects based on modern technologies, as well as work as part of a highly professional team. Responsibilities: Work with requirements and analyze them in detail. Build business processes, display them and their details on diagrams. Draw up requirements specifications for development of software. Assign tasks to developers and monitor software changes for compliance with business processes. Prepare documents for the transfer of new and updated banking products for further testing and implementation. Provide recommendations for testing the finished product. Participate in all stages of the development life cycle, from concept before delivery. Mandatory skills: Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years. Experience working in a bank or in an IT company. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of business analysis and requirements management, the ability to apply them in practice. Practical skills in using modern business analysis tools (Camunda BPM, Visio, Business Studio, Miro, Axure, Sigma, Balsamiq, etc.). Confident command of the basic notations of process modeling (BPMN, UML, IDEF). Knowledge of the principles of object-oriented programming. Knowledge of relational DBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL). Understanding of Client-server and Microservices architectures. Basic knowledge of SOAP and REST, XML and JSON, Groovy (or Java), SQL. Experience in participating in projects for the development of web and mobile applications. Description of front-end requirements, back-end, CORE. Personal qualities: Attention. Ability to quickly learn and complete tasks. Ability to work with large amounts of information and parallel tasks. Proactivity. Desired skills: Experience in the banking sector, FinTech, knowledge of banking processes (in particular, processes related to card products of natural persons). Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of accounting and management accounting in Ukrainian banks. Understanding of typical interactions of DBO systems with other systems in the IT landscape of the bank (ABS, CRM, etc.). Knowledge of modern management methodologies for the development of information systems (Scrum / Kanban / LeSS / SAFe). Work experience in implementing / updating Core systems.
