Functional duties: Formation of functional requirements based on the business requirements of the customer or other interested parties; Interaction with the development department at the level of writing tasks for system modification, monitoring deadlines and quality of execution; Writing documentation for system users; Configuring the system with the help of low-code tools; Participating in SMART HCM&LMS product implementation projects; Reporting on work performed; Studying the system to understand the general purpose of the system and the functionality used by the client company. What we are from We expect you: 3+ years of IT project implementation experience; Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong analytical and product management skills; Deep understanding of how to interpret business needs and transform them into functional and quality requirements; Knowledge of data exchange technologies and BPMN; Understanding of IT solution architecture; Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies; Proficiency in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience managing user stories, sprints and backlogs; Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar tools for process management and documentation. Will be a plus: Knowledge of one or more business areas related to the development or implementation of automation products; Experience with CRM/ERP/HRM systems; Understanding of HRM processes; Experience in product companies.
