The company provides Internet services for home and business using the latest GPON technology, IP telephony, IP PBX, IPTV, AWS, Data centers in most regional centers of the country and expands the network every day. Looking for System Analyst.

What tasks await you:

- Analysis and coordination of business requirements with the customer, identification of needs and priority directions for automation, development of specifications, technical specifications;
- Collection of necessary data from third-party systems for integration (specifications, test data, work requests);
- Preparation of technical tasks and specifications;
- Analysis of software product performance issues;
- Participation in testing implemented tasks;
- Work in a project team;
- Work in a team as a project manager;
- Control of the deadlines for the completion of project tasks, compliance with the customer's requirements;
- Implementation control;
- Coordination of team actions.

Required skills and experience:

- Higher education (master's or bachelor's);
- 3 years of experience as a system or business analyst;
- Understanding the types of requirements: business, user, functional, non-functional;
- Ability to formulate requirements for API development, understanding of specifications;
- Understanding of the principles of software development, experience of interaction with the development team;
- Understanding the principles of REST, SOAP;
- Construction of UML, BPMN diagrams and the ability to read others;
- Experience in backlog management, work planning and prioritization;
- Experience using tools for tracking tasks and documenting requirements (Jira, Confluence);
- Knowledge of the English language at the level of reading technical documentation;
- Experience writing SQL queries;
- Analytical skills, ability to work in a team.
