We are looking for an analyst who understands the data integration bus and knows how to write accessible documentation. 

Tasks to be solved:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze and clarify requirements.
• Develop and document business processes by creating clear and detailed visual representations such as flowcharts and diagrams.
• Create detailed specifications for software development, ensuring that all requirements are clear and comprehensive.
• Assign development tasks and monitor software changes, ensuring they are consistent with business processes.
• Prepare documentation to support testing and deployment of new and updated banking products.
• Provide recommendations for final product testing strategies.
• Participate in every stage of the software development life cycle, from concept to implementation.

Your professional qualities:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
• Experience in a bank or IT company.
• Knowledge of business analysis and management requirements with practical experience.
• Proficiency with modern business analysis tools.
• Knowledge of process modeling notations such as BPMN, UML and IDEF.
• Understanding of relational databases , such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.Knowledge of client-server architecture and microservices.
• Basic knowledge of SOAP and REST protocols, XML and JSON formats, Java and SQL.
