UNIVERSALNA insurance company —a company of the global financial group Fairfax (Canada, Toronto) invites to its team a System analyst / L2 support

Search region: Ukraine

Work format: office / hybrid / remote

responsibilities:

• Setting up insurance products, printed forms, reports and interfaces in IT systems, data import/export.
• Analysis of incidents in business applications, participation in their elimination and interaction with developers and contractors to finalize systems.
• Analysis of integration errors and system logs with the purpose of determining the causes of incidents. Interaction with business customers and users to clarify and agree on tasks. Automation of routine operations. Maintenance of the current status of tasks in the tracking system. Documentation, instructions, description of solutions to typical tasks. Support and development of professional knowledge. in technologies used

Requirements:

• Experience as a systems analyst, L2-L3 technical support specialist or related roles.
• Basic understanding IT architecture and technologies used in the company, in particular:

1. front-office / back-office
2. api
3. gateway
4. service bus

• Basic understanding of network and infrastructure technologies (IP, DNS, SSL etc.).
• Ability to search and structure information received from the customer or contractor, create TOR, tasks and documentation according to the context of use.
• Responsibility, ability to adhere to established deadlines/provided estimates.
• Systematic, ability to see how solving a problem helps to solve related problems and does not generate new ones.
• Constructive communication, the ability to convey one's opinion, correctly communicate complex situations without excessive emotions).

It will be an advantage:

• Understanding integration processes and experience in IT system integration by API.
• Understanding the subject area of insurance.
• Experience with C#, BAS, InCore, IBM ESB.
