System Analyst (Data) in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Determining customer requirements
• Identification and elimination of incomplete requirements
• Creation "rough" layouts of the interface system
• System behavior modeling and solution design
• Requirements presentation
• Writing technical documentation (instructions, specifications)
• Preparation of the system's functionality"> font-style: 400>oration: none">Examination of existing information systems and applied technologies
• Training of system users
• Analysis of failures, errors and their causes in the operation of systems
• Interaction with development, testing and DevOps team at all stages of development

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (preferably technical)
• 1+ year of experience as a systems analyst or in related positions: BA, QA, PM, PO
• Availability of work experience in a project environment, knowledge of modern methodologies and tools, ability to work in a team and understanding of business processes
• API design experience
• Presentation experience
• Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation
• Knowledge of technical means and methods of conductingезентацій
• Вміння працювати в Agile-середовищі (досвід роботи з Scrum/Kanban)
• Вміння розбиратися в технічних сторонах розробки ПО
• Навички збору, систематизації та документування вимог до ПЗ
• Навички пріоритезування вимог
• Володіння основними методиками роботи з вимогами
• Володіння методами управління змінами
• Розуміння SDLC та основних методологій (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Розуміння логіки взаємодії між компонентами ПЗ
